my experience

My life experience has shown me that the heart knows your deepest truth & holds the keys for your greatest story to unfold. I want this for my clients.

Today I work based on the tools I acquire during my studies. My work synthesizes principles of classical hatha yoga & tantra, neo-tantra, mindfulness practices, sacred feminine work & ritual, depth-psychology and the latest studies in neuro-science & wellness.

Trainings

• 2-year Comprehensive Training from the Hakomi Institute, a mindfulness-based somatic coaching method. (2015 - Berkeley, CA) & continued Hakomi assistant work (2017-present)

• 500-hour Hatha Yoga Teaching RYF Certification with specialization in yogic philosophy, pranayama, tantra, psychology of the chakras. (2011 - Thailand)

• 200-hour Mystical Dance Teacher Training with Monika Nataraj; focus in conscious dance movement, sacred ritual and traditions of the Divine Feminine. (2012 - Thailand)

• On-going training in the Tantric Dance of Feminine Power with Vajra Ma & Nita Rubio; conscious, devotional embodiment practices. (Since 2013 - California)

• “The Voice of the Heart” Coaching Method; an 8-session “depth-coaching” method that clears the blocks to hearing the absolute truth of your hearts deepest yearnings. (2018 - Online + India)

• Peter Levine’s Somatic Experiencing Training for trauma resolution & nervous system stabilization (1 year - 2020)

• PhD in Clinical Psychology with emphases on transpersonal & somatic psychology, California Institute of Human Science (CIHS) (in progress, 2027)
