When I first stepped foot onto the lands of Sardinia, I knew I was somewhere truly special.... it suddenly felt as if none of my normal worries, concerns or "hustle-mindset" mattered. The pace of life was slower, the sky was vast and open, and the wind moved with the feeling of something ancient.

It was as if I could hear the Divine Mother saying…

"You've arrived home, child. Just rest now. This is what you've been looking for."

I surely did arrive into the arms of the Divine Mother that day. Sardinia has some of the oldest evidence of an ancient Mother-Goddess worshipping culture on the planet. Today remains sacred water wells built in the shape of woman’s vulva which were used for worship, and to observe and ritualize the cycles of the moon, the stars and the sun. Water, lunar phases and influences, the stars and the feminine were all considered sacred. Today archeologists are still finding statuettes in the ground which represented the Mother Goddess, of which some are over 7,000 years old.

Return home to this sacred land and remember the Divine Mother who still exists and is active through this planet and cosmos.

We will visit these sacred sites and others, which are full of mystery, such as the Giant's Tombs, the Caves of the Witches/Fairies, and the Sacred Water Wells or Temples…

Through ritual and meditation, we will connect with these ancient sites to receive the messages of the ancient Mother. Bring your whole self for this inner and outer journey, and experience the sacred!

Day 1-5: private villa in countryside

We’re so blessed to have an entire private estate to ourselves for the first four nights of our retreat. We will be at Casa Corrias, an estate in Iglesias, a charming small town just 45 minutes from Cagliari airport. This manor is a traditional Sardinian family estate, and you will be charmed by the many touches that are unique to Sardinian artisan handicraft and traditions.

What we will do

Our time at the villa will be filled with relaxing and deepening into our sacred feminine through sacred dance, yoga, meditation and explorations of ancient sacred sites. This is truly an opportunity for your to “let go” and nourish yourself. We aim for each woman to find her own fountain of nourishment within during these precious days.

Pleasure, connection, playfulness and depth are some of the sacred feminine qualities we will help you to remember that you ALREADY HAVE within you.

We will explore nearby pristine and beautiful beaches… and taste some of Sardinia’s most delicious food, of which Italy is famous for!

We will also visit and hold ritual at a very significant and sacred ancient site. This site is over 3,500 years old and is built in the shape of a woman’s vulva. It is a beautiful and transformative experience and our honor to take you there.

You will be held and supported by the ancient land of Sardinia, Italy, where one can still tune in to the devotion and love of a Mother-Goddess.

We will connect with these ancient sacred sites through ritual and meditation, reminding ourselves of the glory of our inner feminine being.

Your healing is supported through trauma-release breath work, daily yoga, family + systemic constellations and other methodologies.

Each day we will experience the world-famous food of Italy, along with precious artisanal Sardinian recipes. *Lunches and dinners are NOT included in your retreat price.*

What about the food?

Dining is one of the highlights of our adventure together!  We will have lunch and dinner at a traditional restaurant with some local fresh ingredients - pastas, artisanal cheeses, pizza, lobster, seafood, eggplant parmesean and so much more!  Plus locally crafted wine & cheese...  you will be delighted by the Sardinian flavors!

NOTE: Only breakfasts are included in your retreat price. Lunches and dinners are to be paid out of pocked during the retreat. Meals typically cost between 20-30 euros, including wine. If you are on a tight budget, you can possibly eat for 15 euros or less.

Participants have the freedom to choose what they would like to eat for lunch & dinner each day.  Only breakfasts are included.

Please note: a continental European breakfast is different than an American breakfast.  You will typically have fresh orange juice, coffee, tea along with some type of croissant, toast & jam and yogurt. 

THOSE WITH SPECIFIC FOOD NEEDS: Please notify us 1 month before the retreat.  We need to prepare in case you are gluten-free, vegan or vegetarian.

We want the last nights to be of celebration! You’ve done the hard yet beautiful work of healing, going deeper within yourself and tasting your essence. The last nights of the trip are a chance to experience some of Sardinia’s most beautiful beaches and treasures.

Our last two nights will be spent in famous Cala Gonone, known for it’s crystalline waters, warm sandy beaches and hidden idyllic caves. We’ll travel by boat to experience several hidden coves with turquoise waters. Our last night will close with ceremony and blessing ritual.

We will stay at the most centrally located boutique hotel in Cala Gonone, walking distance to Cala Gonone’s crystalline beaches and adorable downtown. We’ll be across the street from the sea.
