I offer somatic-based Family + Systemic Constellations healing method online and in person. These sessions can be 1:1 or with a live group.

This space is held in ritual- please prepare by avoiding distractions, have comfy clothing, water, and a candle ready. Scholarships are available, please inquire.
What exactly are family + systemic constellations?
About constellations
No, it has nothing to do with astrology! ;) Constellation work was founded by German psychologist Bert Hellinger after spending time with the Zulu tribe in South Africa. He was inspired by their conflict-resolution process and eventually adapted it to serve the west.
Family constellations tend to focus on relational dynamics between people, usually families. Systemic constellations focus on relationships within a system - such as a business, nature, or any organization.
I am trained in both family + systemic constellations.
The process
This is usually a LIVE group work though it can also be done successfully 1:1.
In a small group setting, the client presents an issue they want insight or healing on. The client then chooses participants to “represent” elements within that issue. Representatives stand inside a circle in the middle of the room.
From here, we enter into embodied experience and allow for the “field” to take over. Each participant shares their embodied experience which then informs the work. There is a natural unfolding to provide insights on the issue.
Constellations work with the “morphogenic field of consciousness”, a term coined by Rupert Sheldrake.
